Thank you for choosing to discover Iran with ImmersiveIran. While the general terms and conditions outlined on this page apply to most of our services, specific terms may vary depending on the nature of the tour, group requirements, or individual arrangements.
Any such customized terms will be clearly communicated and documented alongside the client’s tour package or service agreement prior to confirmation.

Booking and Payment
A payment (at least a deposit) is required to confirm your booking.

Prices
All prices are guaranteed once we receive your deposit.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel your tour for any reason, or if the tour is canceled due to unforeseen events beyond our control (including government restrictions, pandemics, acts of war, or force majeure), we proceed based on the cancellation policies we share with the clients in their tour package/agreemnt file for confirmation.

Travel Documents and Insurance
All travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
We highly recommend all travelers purchase Iranian travel insurance in advance for a more convenient entry.

Liability
ImmersiveIran is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, delay, or other loss incurred during the trip due to circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
